I have requested replacements on 3 occasions and every time the on-line process and subsequent follow-up emails go ignored or no decision is made on what to send as replacement. It was only through persistent phone calls to get ahold of a customer service rep that on one occasion was able to choose the card I wanted and the other two confirm team(s) and or player(s) and had cards sent out within days after. In conclusion, phone and don't rely on the secretary to pass on your request and await a call back. Keep calling and holding until you talk to them directly.
